This 100 square-meter home in Naga City was designed with a clear focus on the needs of an elderly homeowner. The primary goal was to create a space that is easy to move around in and safe to live in, without losing the feel of a home. By following universal design and accessibility standards, we made sure the house is practical, open, and easy to maintain.

Located in the historic heart of Ermita, Manila, this condo-to-Airbnb conversion is a masterclass in "Light-Touch" design. Our design philosophy for this project was centered on strategic enhancement. We deliberately chose to work with the existing finishes rather than against them, minimizing construction noise and debris. By layering high-quality millwork, bespoke lighting, and curated textures over the original framework, we improved the unit's functionality and visual appeal without the need for a "gut renovation."

Situated in the vibrant landscape of San Fernando, this one-storey residential project redefined the potential of a 131 square-meter footprint. By integrating a spacious roof deck into the design, we effectively doubled the usable area, providing the homeowners with an open-air sanctuary perfect for the Kapampangan tradition of gathering and celebration. It is a home designed to breathe, capturing the spirit of modern provincial living with a clean, sophisticated silhouette.

Location: San Fernando Pampanga

In the dense urban fabric of Sta. Mesa, Manila, space is the ultimate luxury. This project presented a unique architectural challenge: a lot width of just 3.30 meters. While most would see a constraint, we saw an opportunity to push the boundaries of vertical living. By thinking upward rather than outward, we transformed a "thin" lot into a soaring, three-storey residential landmark that proves great design isn't measured in width, but in ingenuity.

For this law office project in Calamba, Laguna, our challenge was to transform an abstract vision into a tangible, high-functioning professional environment. The client approached us with a clean slate, needing a layout that could balance the rigorous privacy requirements of a legal practice with a welcoming, prestigious atmosphere for their patrons. Through our immersive design process, we took the guesswork out of the equation, providing a clear architectural roadmap that allowed the client to see their future office come to life long before the first partition was installed.
